Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentAAS OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Service

AgentAAS OS provides an enterprise capital governance platform including health scoring, drift detection, cost governance, AI agents, and portfolio control capabilities. Service availability and features may vary by subscription tier.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AgentAAS OS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. AgentAAS OS does not claim ownership of any data you submit through the platform. We process your data solely to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers receive uptime commitments as specified in their individual service agreements. Standard platform availability targets are 99.9% uptime measured monthly.

Limitation of Liability

AgentAAS OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, except as required by applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 90 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
